Nina Webb is a music industry executive, educator, and brand strategist with more than 25 years of experience building artist brands, fan communities, and global marketing campaigns. She currently serves as Professor of the Practice in the Department of Music at Northeastern University, where she combines real-world industry experience with experiential learning to prepare students for careers in today's evolving music business.

Before joining academia full-time, Nina served as Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing at Atlantic Records and held leadership positions at Columbia Records, A&M/Octone Records, and Sony Music Entertainment. Throughout her career, she has helped develop and work closely with artists including Paramore, Kelly Clarkson, Janelle Monáe, Sia, MGMT, and Melanie Martinez, leading campaigns that connected artists with audiences around the world.

In addition to teaching, Nina remains active in the industry through her consulting practice, advising artists, brands, and entertainment companies on marketing strategy, fan engagement, and storytelling.
