Nick Maiale is the Founder of jump.global – the global community dedicated to human growth for music business execs and companies. In 2023, he launched the company’s Annual Summit, which is part retreat/conference and focuses on the development of executives and music business humans that make it spin. His mission is to have the music industry further focus on the development of its executives in order to make the music business a more human place to exist. Prior, he spent 10 years at the Music Business Association/Conference, where he started as an intern, ultimately leading to various roles in strategic development within the org.
