Founder & CEO
Giggs
Nikki Sanz is the Founder and CEO of Giggs, the media company and career platform transforming how the live event industry connects, hires, and grows. She built Giggs after years of working shows herself—touring with artists like Eric Church and George Strait, and working gigs with Live Nation, CMA Fest, and the Super Bowl. Her work earned her a spot on Forbes 30 Under 30.
Today, Giggs is the industry's hub for hiring, media, events, education, and community. Through its podcast, newsletter, docuseries, and Industry Nights, Giggs has built the trust and audience the live event world has never had in one place—turning it into an online community where members connect, find work, and build careers.
Giggs has grown to 50,000 vetted professionals and 2,000 companies, helped fill thousands of jobs, and raised $1.3 million from 35 investors. Nikki even landed a deal with Netflix co-founder Marc Randolph on Entrepreneur's Elevator Pitch.

"It's hard, but I get to see the real impact: more people getting jobs, an industry finally getting connected, and stories getting told that no one else is telling. We're building something from scratch that's never existed before, and that dream only happens if we keep showing up."
