Katie West is a finance and entertainment executive whose career spans music, technology, and international business. Based in Nashville, she currently serves as Managing Director at ARC, the boutique financial agency co-founded by Billboard and Variety Top Business Managers Tate Henshaw and Lorne Clark. In her role, she leads creator relations and supports the company's continued growth across entertainment, influencers, sports, technology, and other creator-focused businesses. ARC's clients include multi-platinum singer-songwriter Ne-Yo, six-time NBA All-Star Blake Griffin, and a diverse roster of artists, executives, entrepreneurs, athletes, and creators.
Prior to joining ARC, Katie spent three years in London as Financial Controller for Red Light Management, overseeing finance and operations across the company's international entertainment businesses. Her experience spans house music, DJs, producers, sync, and record label investments, while also supporting initiatives focused on expanding the reach of Country and Americana music throughout the U.K.
Before Red Light, Katie co-founded a technology startup dedicated to helping artists monetize video content and create premium fan engagement experiences. She has also held financial operations and accounting roles with Bridgestone Americas, the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce, Tri Star Sports & Entertainment, and other organizations.
Katie earned her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Belmont University, where she built a foundation through internships spanning external audit, corporate tax, economic policy, sports and entertainment accounting, and business management.
Outside of work, Katie is an avid traveler who has visited more countries than U.S. states, a dedicated hot yoga enthusiast, and an aspiring cocktail connoisseur.
