ONErpm

Jenna LoMonaco is a seasoned digital marketing executive with over 20 years of experience helping break emerging artists into the mainstream through innovative marketing strategies and a deep understanding of the music landscape.

Jenna began her career in music working in audio production before transitioning to PR at Girlie Action in 2005. Her big break came in 2007 at Glassnote Records, where she served as Head of New Media and helped launch the careers of artists like Mumford & Sons, Phoenix, and Childish Gambino. She went on to join Kobalt Label Services, working on digital campaigns for legacy and chart-topping artists including Martina McBride, Lenny Kravitz, and New Kids on the Block.

In 2015, Jenna was tapped to relaunch Island Records' Digital Marketing department. There, she helped build the online presence of a then-unknown Shawn Mendes, playing a key role in developing the social strategy that grew his fanbase to millions. She also led digital campaigns for high-profile acts including Jessie Reyez, Nick Jonas, The Killers, Elton John, Bon Jovi, Tove Lo, Fall Out Boy, and Demi Lovato.
In 2021, Jenna joined ONErpm to lead the U.S. Marketing team, where she significantly expanded both the team and its impact. Under her leadership, ONErpm doubled its U.S. marketing staff and launched new service divisions including Digital Strategy, Digital Partnerships, and Sync.

In 2026, Jenna stepped into a newly created role as Global Head of International Marketing, building the department from the ground up with a mandate to help ONErpm artists cross borders, grow audiences worldwide, and break the company's first global superstar. Leading a lean team across 42 offices, she is architecting the infrastructure, partnerships, and campaign frameworks that will define ONErpm's international presence for years to come.

"One year at SXSW, Mumford & Sons played a show at the University of Texas campus. They set up bleachers on stage behind them and had everyone on their team sit on stage while they played. Seeing the crowd from their perspective through the show was a moment i will truly never forget."
