Jacqueline Saturn is President of Virgin Music Group North America and Executive Vice  President of Global Artist Relations for Virgin Music Group, the world’s leading partner  to independent labels, artists and entrepreneurs. Recognized on Billboard’s “Power  100,” “Women in Music,” and “Indie Power Players” lists, as well as Variety’s Women’s  Impact Report and featured in Rolling Stone, Variety, Music Business Worldwide, and  more. She also serves on the Los Angeles Chapter Board of the Recording Academy®  as a Governor. 


She currently works with some of the biggest labels and artists in the independent  music sector, including Bad Omens (Sumerian), Freddie Gibbs (ESGN/ALC Records)  Justice (Because), Coheed & Cambria (Coheed & Cambria), St. Vincent (St. Vincent),  David Kushner (Miserable Music Group), Kip Moore (Slow Hearts), and Tom Odell  (UROK). 


A graduate of Syracuse University, Saturn began her career at Epic Records, where  she rose to Senior Vice President of Radio Promotion. She later joined Capitol Music  Group, serving as General Manager of Harvest Records before becoming President of  Caroline, now Virgin Music Group. 


Committed to philanthropy, Saturn supports Gilda’s Club, The Friendship Circle, and  Creative Community for Peace, and frequently speaks at leading industry events and  universities. She lives in Los Angeles with her family.
