MARNI WANDNER

Marni Wandner is an executive coach, performance coach, board-certified wellness coach (NBC-HWC), and founder of Future Present, a consultancy that helps music industry professionals build sustainable careers and businesses – without burning out in the process (turns out, it's actually possible).

Drawing on over two decades in music as an executive and entrepreneur (from artist management to launching and running marketing agency Sneak Attack Media which was later acquired by The Syndicate), Marni brings a rare cross-disciplinary perspective to her work at the intersection of professional development and well-being. Her approach combines coaching psychology, applied neuroscience, integrative wellness, hands-on strategy, and the Five Archetypes framework to help clients break the patterns that keep them stuck.

She works with individuals as well as organizations to navigate stress, burnout, mental blocks, leadership challenges, business growth, and career transitions. She also works with touring crews, offering coaching and wellness support both on and off the road. Marni lives in Brooklyn with her husband and their Boston Terrier, Audrey.
