Jake Posner is a music executive, curator, and founder who's spent over a decade championing great songs — and the humans who make them. It started when he took a chance on himself at 23: he found a then-unknown band, A R I Z O N A, on Reddit — 70 followers, no email address, barely a thousand streams — DM'd them that night, and helped build them from nothing into a signed Atlantic Records act that crossed a billion streams, reached the Coachella main stage, played Madison Square Garden, and toured the world.

He's been championing music creators ever since. As Founder & Head of A&R at The Culture Theory (NYC / LA), he's gone on to develop and facilitate a 100+ song catalog as a conduit to artists, songwriters & producers alike — facilitating collaborations that span from Avicii, Fred again.., Julia Michaels, Bella Poarch, Kygo, Lil Uzi Vert, and beyond... He also mentors the next generation at NYU's Clive Davis Institute — helping each person find where their passion begins, ignite it as powerfully as they can, and let it flow where it's meant to.

What drives him now is simple: helping every human he aligns himself with tap into their own fire and magic, make their best work, and build healthy, sustainable careers that last — all in service of making this industry a better place for the passionate humans who chose a life in it.
