Kalesha Madlani is a cultural strategist working between brands, audiences, and talent. Her career spans SoundCloud, Interscope Records, and Epic Records where she architected campaigns for both rising talent and global superstars. She is the founder of The Lab is Alive, a new media platform which hosts conversations for the curious and creatively alive. Kalesha is best known for her roots in fandom, cultivating artist-fan relationships both online and IRL since 2010.
