Andile Ndlovu

Andile Ndlovu is the Founder & CEO of Fractal, a boutique entertainment company specializing in artist management, brand partnerships, and creative consulting, with a roster that includes multi-platinum recording artist Iann Dior, Selah Marley, Theophilus London, Abby Anderson, Lancey Foux, and producer V-Ron.

Originally from Zimbabwe and raised in Indiana, Andile has spent the past 14 years building a career across music, film, and brand partnerships, helping artists build enduring careers both on and off the stage. Her work has been recognized by Variety‘s Hitmakers Impact List and Pollstar’s Impact: Next Gen list.

She is a voting member of the Recording Academy and a member of the Country Music Association, Women in Music, and Femme It Forward. She also serves on the board of We Are R.I.S.E., a nonprofit that supports girls of color through mentorship and leadership development.
